Al Burouj Egypt launches its new project “6ixty Iconic Tower” in Cairo’s New Capital with a vision that reflects your needs. A tower designed to international standards as the first project in the central business district with a direct view of the tallest tower in Africa, “The iconic tower”.
1- The iconic tower is the highest in Africa.
2- The height of the tower is about 400 meters.
3 – The administration is to be located in the business area of the new capital.
4- The tower was designed as a wonderful example at the same level within the city.
5- It is located in the heart of the New Capital.
6- It overlooks the central main roads, “Capital Park”, on an area of 533,041 square meters.
7- The investments of this project are estimated at 3 billion dollars.
8- 49 floors of the tallest tower in the New Administrative Capital have been reached, leaving another 30 floors underway to complete them.
9- Construction of about 245 meters of the tower has been completed.
10- It is implemented in cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, and the Chinese Company (CSCEC), which is one of the largest contracting companies in the world.
